Mentoring is work I care deeply about. I strive to be the mentor I wish I had earlier in my career.

I have mentored emerging talent through the Asian American Professional Association and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and over many years at LVMH I supported and developed professionals across functions and career stages.

I find real purpose in supporting people as they navigate career inflection points, leadership challenges, and complex professional decisions.
