Born in France to Vietnamese parents and having built my career largely in the United States, my perspective has been shaped by moving between worlds, cultural, organizational, and functional. I first discovered what would become a lifelong motivation as a student working one summer in a small wine shop in Paris. Helping my first customer taught me the quiet satisfaction of listening carefully, understanding needs, and guiding decisions through product knowledge, presentation, and storytelling.

Over more than 25 years at LVMH, I worked across every major function within a global wines and spirits organization, including Finance, Marketing, Agency Leadership, Strategy, and Sales. This breadth of experience gave me a holistic view of how brands and businesses grow, and how vision connects to execution and strategy to measurable outcomes. My approach is multidisciplinary and pragmatic, grounded in data and centered on people.

Most recently, I held VP-level roles at Moët Hennessy (LVMH), operating across sales and enterprise strategy. In these roles, I applied luxury brand and retail principles to the wine and spirits industry, leading teams in complex B2B environments and periods of change.

My proudest achievements, however, are as a team leader. I focused on aligning objectives, fostering trust, and motivating teams in ways that drove high engagement and strong business performance.

Beyond corporate leadership, I am a committed mentor and change agent. I founded the AAPI Employee Resource Group at Moët Hennessy USA and, in 2023, co-founded Asian Beverage Voices (ABV), a collective supporting AAPI professionals across the beverage industry. My leadership has been recognized by industry publications and community organizations.

Today, I advise organizations navigating change while also exploring senior leadership roles where cross-functional thinking and human-centered leadership are essential. I have been based in New York since 2001 and work globally, splitting my time between Brooklyn and the Southern Catskills.
